It's Been 20 Years Since Air Bud Made Us All Want Dogs, But What Is That Lucky Kid Up To Now?

Buddy, the dog from Air Bud, made us all think that owning a dog would be great! You would get to save them from a terrible owner while also getting a new best friend!

Walt Disney Pictures

As it turns out, owning a dog is a lot more work than that. They aren't all glamorous and athletic like Buddy, some of them are downright lazy.

See, this goofball has never even touched a basketball. Tanya Ruiter

Here are just some of ways the Air Bud franchise completely lied to us.

Obviously the kid who owned Buddy was the luckiest child alive! Ever wonder what he looks like now? Click to the next page to find out.

Kevin Zegers was probably one of the luckiest kids ever. He got to play Josh Framm, AKA the winner of the dog lottery.

Walt Disney Pictures

Sure, I believe all dogs are pretty much perfect in their own way, but not all of them can get you such lucrative sports contracts! That's good money!

Zegers starred in four different Air Bud movies before moving on to star in shows like Gossip Girl, Gracepoint, and Notorious. But did you even realize it was him?

This was what Kevin Zegers looked like all the way back in 1997 when Air Bud was first released:

This is what he looks like now:

He has twin daughters Zoe and Blake with his wife Jamie Feld who is an agent.

Crazy to think that he is all grown up now!

A Behind-The-Scenes Look At The New Aladdin Is Here And At Least One Of Our Wishes Was Granted

We've been waiting patiently, okay mostly patiently, since Disney announced that Aladdin was being remade. The cartoon remains one of the most iconic movies of all time, and the fact that they were going to try and bring it to life with real humans instead of the animated versions was kind of concerning. We saw the first trailer a while ago, but the only character we actually saw up close was Aladdin himself. We didn't see how the Genie looked, or Jasmine, or any of the other characters. But now, Entertainment Weekly has given us all the first look at
