Lin-Manuel Miranda Joins The Cast Of DuckTales And People Are Psyched

So far everything they have announced about the DuckTales reboot has been super exciting, but now they have taken it up a notch.

We were already excited about the new cast list and their amazing new theme song they did together, not to mention that they kept them all looking a lot like they did back in the day, so those of us who want to check it out for the nostalgia will be happy, but now they expanded their cast by someone we all know and love: Lin Manuel Miranda.

Lin Manuel Miranda will be voicing Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera who is also known as Gizmoduck. He is a young intern who has a very robotic look to him which is pretty awesome.

Executive producer Matt Youngberg said that "Lin came to mind instantly for the role of Gizmoduck. His rapid-fire earnestness paired with his wide-eyed yet determined optimism made him the perfect person to yell BLATHERING BLATHERSKITE!"
